Geta Lupu
Managing Attorney and member of the Iași Bar Association, with over 24 years of experience in the legal profession, active in the legal field since 2002. Her professional activity includes legal consultancy, assistance, and representation services for both individuals and legal entities, before courts of law as well as in relations with public authorities and institutions. Her expertise covers the drafting and analysis of legal documents, contract negotiation and drafting, as well as the management of complex legal procedures and the development of dispute resolution strategies.
She completed her undergraduate studies in Legal Sciences, specializing in Law, at Petre Andrei University of Iași and obtained her law degree from the Alexandru Ioan Cuza Police Academy. She continued her professional training by completing the Master’s program in European Contract Law at Roma Tre University in 2007. She also holds a professional title recognized by Decree of the Italian Ministry of Justice issued in 2007.
She is qualified as a mediator, judicial arbitrator, and trainer, and since 2019 has also been active within the Judicial Arbitration Tribunal, where she has held the position of President of the arbitral court.
In addition to her legal practice, she is actively involved in the continuous professional training of lawyers and in educational and social projects dedicated to the protection of minors’ rights, regularly participating in conferences and specialization programs in Romania and abroad.
Paraschiva Vrabie
Trainee Attorney within the Iași Bar Association and graduate of the Faculty of Law at Babeș-Bolyai University, class of 2025. After successfully passing the bar admission exam, she began her professional activity in the field of legal consultancy, assistance, and representation before courts of law, providing legal support tailored to the needs and particularities of each client.
Her professional activity is focused on identifying clear and efficient legal solutions, both in judicial and administrative proceedings. Her areas of practice and interest include criminal law, contraventional law, civil law, family law, and real estate law, with particular attention given to client relations and the responsible and professional management of each case.
Through her academic background and commitment to continuous professional development, she aims to provide legal services based on professionalism, communication, and a thorough understanding of the needs of every person seeking legal assistance.
Andreea Podovei
Trainee Attorney within the Iași Bar Association and graduate of the Faculty of Law at Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iași, class of 2025. Her professional activity includes legal consultancy, assistance, and representation before courts of law, with an approach focused on providing clear legal solutions tailored to each situation.
Her areas of practice include family law, civil law, criminal law, and enforcement proceedings, with particular attention given to cases involving family relationships and the protection of minors’ interests. Her background is also complemented by pedagogical studies, contributing to a better understanding of the specific aspects of these types of cases and to a balanced and attentive approach in client relations.
She also maintains a constant interest in continuously evolving legal fields, particularly those related to artificial intelligence, technology, and cybercrime, including online fraud, while continuously pursuing the development and updating of her professional knowledge.
